Vlemmix Trailers – Flex-Roll Boat trailers

Vlemmix Trailers produces 4 types of boat trailers: standard boat trailers, Flex-Roll boat trailers, trailers specifically for sailboats, and bunk trailers.

The Flex-Roll boat trailers are ideal for transporting motor boats, sloops or possibly console boats. This trailer is equipped with the innovative flex-roll system, consisting of 24 flex-rolls featuring plastic wheels with microcellular polyurethane foam tires. This material contains thousands of microscopic cells arranged in a honeycomb structure, providing the system with unparalleled strength and flexibility. The flex-rolls are extremely wear-resistant and have a significantly longer lifespan than traditional pneumatic tires. Moreover, they are non-marking and fully recyclable, contributing to an environmentally friendly solution.

With a diameter of 25 cm, the flex-rolls offer optimal stability and smoothness during boat transportation. Additionally, the system is adjustable both in height and width, making it easy and precisely adaptable. Upon request, additional flex-rolls can be added to meet specific customer requirements.

The versatility of this trailer is further enhanced by the adjustable bow support, which can be adjusted horizontally and vertically, ensuring a perfect fit for various loading needs.

Furthermore, the Flex-roll Trailer is equipped with waterproof retractable LED lights. The wiring is integrated into the frame and connected to your car’s socket with a 13-pin plug.

These trailers can have 1, 2 or 3 axles (ranging from 1350 kg to 1800 kg) with waterproof bearings, have an ATM ranging from 1350 – 3500 Kg, and all come with a Knott overrun brake. The robust frame is fully galvanized and intended for a long service life.

They are suitable for boats from 6.3 to 10 meters. The trailers come in the following dimensions:
